For umowa zlecenia approximately net after taxes and contributions — 4 080–5 670 PLN/month. This is an illustrative example for 2026, not a confirmed payment.

Example assumptions: age 26 or older, Polish tax resident; sole income and insurance basis throughout the year, full ZUS contributions, no tax reliefs, PIT-2 tax reduction or PPK. No voluntary sickness insurance; tax costs — 20%. The annual tax reconciliation has not been taken into account.

The remainder after housing and commuting has not yet been confirmed: the cost of housing and commuting needs to be clarified.

Job description

Працівник складу брендового одягу в Jasionka

Оформлення документів–Rzeszów. Ставка 31,40 zł/год brutto.180–250 годин на місяць. Проживання 790 zł/місяць.

Завдання

сортування і пакування одягу; зняття магнітних кліпс; сортування повернень; сканер і комп’ютер після навчання; контроль якості.

Додаткова премія від складу після 3 місяців за погодженням керівника.

Після перевищення річного доходу 30 000 zł наступна зарплата оподатковується додатковим PIT 12%.

Тільки перша зміна,6/1. Пн–Пт/Нд; субота майже завжди вихідна.8/10/12 годин за обсягом замовлень, вихідні плаваючі. Графік і години визначають за день до зміни.

12 год:06:00–18:00, перерви 15+30 хв.10 год:06:00–16:00, перерва 30 хв.8 год:06:00–14:00, перерва 15 хв.180–250 годин на місяць.

Проживання 790 zł/місяць, квартири 2–3 особи в кімнаті. Службовий автобус 100 zł/місяць.

Захисне взуття і світловідбивний жилет безкоштовно; свій зручний одяг, довгі штани обов’язкові, шорти заборонені. Одяг бренду Sinsay заборонений.

Медогляд 230 zł із першої зарплати.

Картка безкоштовних напоїв; автомати зі снеками; купони 25% кожні 3 місяці; куріння у відведених місцях; тютюнові вироби, запальнички і електронні сигарети проносити заборонено; телефон лише у дозволених місцях; навушники заборонені. В описі також окрема загальна перерва 30 хв.

Вимоги

мануальні навички; можна без досвіду і мови; хороша фізична форма і витривалість (25–30 тис.кроків за зміну).
